Biennial Group Home Rate Application/FFA Request Requirements

The CDSS has established a biennial rate application schedule in accordance with regulations adopted by the California Secretary of State on January 12, 2006 (see ACL & FCARLs below for more information). Providers will receive a courtesy reminder 2 months prior to the due date. However, it is ultimately the provider's responsibility to become familiar with their biennial filing due date. Below is a link to a chart identifying the biennial filing due dates.
